(1) in order to ensure uniform into the pump inlet flow rate, not affect the efficiency of water pump, close to the pump inlet cannot directly to bend, to install a length of 3 times for pipe diameter of straight pipe bend pipe after installation.
(2) when the suction culvert diameter greater than the pump diameter, installed in the pump inlet need a flat under the oblique eccentric joints.Installing a eccentric joints, must make the inferior oblique, if put eccentric joints, tilting the above, is easy to save gas.
(3) there will not be to save gas inlet pipe, otherwise, before the start of irrigation pipe when the air is endless, will affect the normal water pump.As a result, any part of the inlet pipe cannot be higher than the pump inlet;The inlet pipe should be level or slightly downward sloping, don’t be tilted upward.
(4) the inlet pipe can’t there is gas leakage, because hand-raised by water pump suction tube of vacuum degree, such as leakage, pressure pipe will not be able to keep certain vacuum degree, the pump is pumping water to hard.So when installing suction culvert, paying special attention to the flange connection: flange plane should level off, clean, cushion layer between 3 ~ 5 mm thick rubber washer or asbestos gaskets, gasket inside the mouth of not less than the inside of the pipe mouth;Two sections of pipe in mouth to alignment, lest affect the flow of water, increase water resistance;Flange bolts should be symmetrically tight and tightness.
(5) the bottom valve should be vertical suspended in water, or the distance around the walls, bottom valve and water should not be less than the outer diameter size of bottom valve or bell mouth;Bottom valve submerged under the surface of the water depth, from valve surface should be at least 1.5 ~ 2.0 times of bottom valve diameter.
(6) inlet pipe and its accessories should be supported and firm, don’t make the water pump bearing.
(7) high lift pump, must be installed on the outlet pipe gate valve and check valve.Check valve should be close to the pump outlet, the gate just in the back of the check valve.When stop first close gate, so we can reduce the vibration of the pump.
(8) the water outlet pipe should be immersed in a pool of water, the submerged depth of about 1 ~ 2 times the diameter of the nozzle, ensure the pump outlet pipe mouth while working in the water, and water pump stop working when the outlet pipe mouth above the water.If the outlet flooding is deep, the downtime after debris flow into the pump;Outlet pipe mouth also shoulds not be too high, too high, the water head, under the condition of constant power of engine, the pump flow will be reduced.
(9) outlet pipe should be supported and firm, lest cause damage to the pipe pressure on the pump.
